Dear Everyman Member                11 August 2013

Future Guests

Please find enclosed details of Guests booked for the Everyman between September 2013 and May 2014.  As well as Artists who are new to the club we are delighted to welcome back other Guests for a return visit.  We are thrilled to start this season with the astounding duo, Nancy Kerr and James Fagan, who last performed at the Everyman in 2005.   Our season ends with an exciting new duo, Harriet Barlett – a guest in 2007 – now performing with Kevin Demsey who appeared in 2011 with Carolyn Robson and Karen Tweed.

Tickets and Advance Payment

Thank you all so much for your continued support - the relocation of the Everyman to the Riverside Centre has seen the club grow despite the current economic climate.  So good news – we are really pleased that we are holding our ticket prices for yet another year.  Tickets are extremely good value, discounted to £5 for advance payment and otherwise £6 when paid for on the door.  Enclosed are a couple of booking forms, and additional forms are always available on Club evenings (and on the web site).

Membership

The Everyman continues to run as a Private Members Club at a venue with its own Public Entertainments Licence.   Membership is free, and only requires that each Member’s name and address details are recorded on our membership list – which yours are if you have received this letter!  (The membership list is not made available to any other parties).  Please remember to let us know of any changes to your contact details, including your email address if appropriate.

Web Site

The Everyman web site is up to date and includes details of all forthcoming guests, including links to the web sites of the Artists.  We also have a Facebook page – please ‘like’ this if you are a user of Facebook, and let us know if you wish to be added to the Facebook group.

Floor Singers

We continue to be privileged with the quality and quantity of Floor Singers and Musicians available, and our

Guests frequently comment on how much they have enjoyed the floor spots.  New volunteers are always welcome so, if you would like to perform at the Everyman, please do let us know and don’t be shy!

We hope you are having a lovely Summer – and look forward to seeing you in the Autumn.

Best wishes,

Mary & Steve
